Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds. Request one through the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net, or contact us with your order ID and we'll arrange it.
After a refund
Your license ends when your purchase is refunded, and the licensed features may no longer be used.
